I can absolutely relate to this. My boss is awful, he is utterly incompetent and a liar and like you said, he also keeps me and others in the dark about things. It is frustrating because me and my colleagues can see how damaging he is to the company, but the company themselves can't. Many really good members of staff have left because of him sadly. Thankfully, my job is contract so I will be rid of him soon!
