Great article, thank you. Its a shame that there are so many trolls around. As soon as you block them, in some instances, they make other accounts. I have resorted to not allowing comments on a lot of my YouTube videos and I now have to approve all the comments on my blog. It's a shame because we create content to share with others and when we are subject to abuse for doing so, it can sometimes put a dampener on things. That is how I feel anyway.
